What was the highlight of Unity Helsinki

Great value!

The hotel is really fresh and clean, it was really nice and a great value for money! The room had beautiful views of the city and uber was cheap to get to and from the city from the hotel! Really nice property :)

I went with a group of friends and the hotel fit all of our needs :) Daria working at the front desk of the hotel was not as friendly or helpful as the other receptionists.

What was the highlight of Unity Helsinki

The best views but even better customer service!

The challenge was getting a room that had a bed and television on the same floor. I have mobility issues and going up and down the stairs is a challenge. My suggestion is that a television should be in the lounge and upstairs. The receptionist was head and shoulders above the norm in customer service. Trust me, I am not the easiest customer and she stuck with me until I was satisfied. Well done.

Wonderful

The sheer size of our two-level apoartment and its sofisticated interior has left me almost breathless. There are lots of details cleverly thought through. Reception workers were nice and did their best to accomodate me and my son

There were lots of lights (wall-mounted, suspended) that were rather hard to tune.

Very Good

We liked the whole setup of the appartment. It is great that there was a separate area for bedroom, living room, kitchen. Also the location of Unity is great. Easy to reach the city center and also the ship terminal to Tallinn.

We missed a place in the appartment to put our dirty shoes and wet coats. Also we would have liked to have some cleaning apliances in the room that we could use to casually tidy up the kitchen and dining area.

What was the highlight of Unity Helsinki

Great little apartment in a great location!

The location is perfect. Right by the tram stops to the centre and close enough to eateries, stores and the sea. The check in and out times are very reasonable and mean you don't have to rush around in the morning. The app used to open the door meant you didn't have to worry about losing a key. The staff were all lovely and very helpful. The room was modern and clean and the shower room was brilliant and very spacious, shampoo and conditioner included.

The breakfast selection is quite limited depending on your likes and dislikes and some items were not topped up often enough, so you had to wait for a staff member to attend the breakfast room. The room is lovely but we would have liked a dustpan and brush for the few days we were there, so we could gravel etc from the floors after long walks. The app key was temperamental and so a key card might be a better option.

Modern and brand new apart hotel in Helsinki.

Nice clean apart hotel.Everything was brand new kitchen was very well equipped.Rooms were neat and clean with good bedsheets and pillows.However a few things are yet to be added like bedside tables etc. The staff at the reception were extremely helpful in all ways especially Vivi who went out of her way to make us comfortable

Everything was great.Some guests may not like the rooms with the bedroom being on a higher level accessible by a small staircase while the washroom is on a lower floor

Wonderful

The Hotel is very well located close to restaurants and supermarkets, in a very quiet neighborhood. The room was very clean and the small kitchen was fully furnished. Simple but very good breakfast salty and sweet, we felt very good during our stay.

We loved our stay and will definitely consider staying there again in the future.

The apartment was clean close to transport. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The sauna was amazing with a window and ocean views. The room was cleaned every week which was great.

The room was small but we did not spend much time in our apartment because we were out exploring Finland.

Wonderful

The location is in a new modern area and the installations feel new. The staff was very nice and helpful and everything was quite clean.

Only thing I must say it’s the sofa is very uncomfortable and there’s no position in which you can sit and chill.

Wonderful

Spacious, nice view, clean, comfortable bed. Rooftop sauna was nice (there is a but though) and gym was good enough for a proper workout.

A problem with every appartment hotel I have been in: no basic seasoning like salt and pepper and no cooking oil. The Rooftop sauna was noicy with music playing inside, and in terrible quality even.

Best stay ever, nice hotel, amazing sauna, all done through app

This Hotel has exceeded my expectations. Let us consider all the pros: -Staff: they were really friendly. Always trying to help and very professional. -Check-in/out: it was self-done using a dedicated app. With the app you can also access the building and your room. Something I have never experienced before. Really nicely designed and it worked like a charm -The Hotel: it is situated on the coastline of Helsinki. Very modern, new and clean. You have several ways to reach the city center. In front of the hotel there is the tram 9. If you do not mind walking a bit, a few hundred meters away there is also the Metro line. All in all, it is very well connected. -The Room: it was a two-floor room, really nice and spacious. Comfy bed. I personally enjoyed the kitchen and the high ceiling and windows. -Sauna: if you stay at this hotel, you have to try the traditional Finnish sauna that you get for free and it is located on the rooftop. From there you can sit and relax having an amazing view over the harbor. -Close to West Terminal 2 ferry port: I decided to stay at this hotel for it was close to the terminal 2 port to take the ferry to Tallinn (day trip, which I strongly recommend). Very convenient for it took me just 2 tram stops to reach it, but I could also walk there easily enough. -Miscellaneous: there is a R-kioski near to the hotel and I do recommend to go there if need some quick snacks, a bottle of water or something to buy in general. Very convenient.

I am giving a 10/10 to this hotel, but there are some smaller things which need to be mentioned: -No nightstands: the bed was very comfy, but there were not nightstands next to it. This is a bit inconvenient for you do not have a place to put your phone or small items when you go to bed, which means that every time you need something you have to go downstairs. -Stairs: they are a bit narrow, so be careful while going up&down the stairs. -Ceiling of the upper floor: it is very low. I am almost 1.90 m tall and I could not stay completely upright while being on the upper floor without bumping my head. -All done through app: even though I liked it very much, there might be some people who will struggle with technology. This needs to be considered. However, the staff will be there to help you out.

I loved my stay in general. Everything I really needed to enjoy Helsinki was at hand. I felt very comfortable and enjoye

I liked how the room was small but was split up in height. The room was available by phone, which I never forget, which is convenient. There were stores and restaurants nearby. I liked how the curtains made the room fully dark. The heating was easily adjustable. Everything seemed new.

I’d have liked one or two tablets for the dishwasher, a door mat for wet shoes, a coat hanger by the door and a night table next to the bed. With a bit of creativity, I made all of that work, so this is not something I’d not book a room for. What was a little inconvenient was the sound the lights made at the bed.
